The house is well located for easy travel to Bath University and Bath Spa University.
It is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac but close to the local amenities. The area offers great bus connections into town and to the Universities. The house is a few minutes walk to the bus stop. There is also free parking (non-permit) and a selection of shops. Within 2 minutes walk is a Co-op, newsagent, bakery, pharmacy and post office, and just a little further a large Sainsbury’s.
It is a favourite for PhDs with a busy uni or lab schedule as well as PGCEs as its location gives great access to schools as well as a quick route out of Bath if your placements are further afield. For Post grads it offers a much nicer house is a less “student-y” location, instead with a little pleasant garden and more peaceful evenings.
